Design and Tooling
With our years of experience in the design of Vacuum Form tooling, we’re here to provide fast and efficient design of new products and prototypes.
Using Autodesk Cad, we have full 2D and 3D design capabilities – working with Solid Works and Fusion which are two of the industry’s main modelling packages. Our expert team will produce sketches or digital images of your part, then detailed CAD drawings and a prototype.
We involve you throughout this process so that you can input on design and make changes if necessary.
Our expert toolmakers then make a prototype mould – from which a prototype will be made for approval before going to production. Production tooling then goes ahead, using machined aluminium.
